Worst company I've dealt with to date, I've opened a ticket to resolve a payment issue because I didn't receive my product and they only respond after I've chased them up. I shouldn't have to police and hound people for something I've already paid for and the funds have left my account. I've sent them my Proof of payment on day one of the ticket and they didn't event try to communicate with their bank to track the payment from their side. Highly Annoyed with the service
