I did not get my Xbox game key (It was stuck at the "processing" phase), but I did have to wait with radio silence from support. Afterwards, they processed a refund for me, unprompted. So as I have seen and believe: They are just a small company, and you just have to be patient and they will get to you. Also they did respond very quick before purchasing. But took a while to respond after purchasing. I'm guessing there were things happening in the background. I do wish they had more resources to reassure people that they would get serviced.
