Absolutely appalling service. Scammers - I ordered and paid for Baldurs Gate for Xbox yesterday. They took the money immediately and then placed my order on ‘security hold’ claiming I would hear back in ‘a couple of hours maximum’. A day later - no response. Just an automated email.
