Bought a call of duty copy and paid £20 extra for the vault edition as it was advertised as instant delivery on release date. I triple checked this before purchasing as most of their games have a 72hr delay.
As soon as the confirmation came through, I was emailed to say theres a 72 hour delay and since complaining, they have said they advertised it as instant but it isnt.
So because they lied now I have to wait and are telling me its fine and i should just wait. I've asked for a refund and its been ignored. AWFUL service.
