I bought a PS subscription extra and they gave me a little heart attack after an almost 24 hours delay, especially after I read some similar problems in reviews but worse with no response from them. They finally gave me the key and it is working, what I also should mention is the how quickly someone responded to my ticket. Overall they seem to be ok but really need to work on payment methods and give people what they order and FAST because it is digital.
