Long time customer, never had an issue for 8 years. However, this year, I ordered something I didn't actually want, I had not accessed or activated the key. I wanted a refund, they said that they don't do refunds and offered to put the key back up for sale. Its been a month and their support has ghosted me, no replies to my requests for an update. I also can now no longer access it in the auto key system with the error "Sent to Email" despite CJS saying that they have put the key back up for sale. I've not received a conformation of the refund or anything. Its extremely disappointing as I have been a long time customer, spending hundreds of Euros. I will have to take my business elsewhere.
