Item ordered (digital key) did not work. Contacted support through their website and received two responses very quickly, but both were confusing- one said they were out of stock (it was a digital key I had already received), and one asking for a screenshot of the issue. I sent the screenshot of the issue, as well as chasing up twice but received no response, have filed a case with PayPal for a refund. It seems from other reviews that if things go well they go well, but if not the support is very poor. I won't be taking that chance again.
