Website advises that a key is in stock, it even tells you this a second time in their Autokey feature. Then when you look to collect the key it glitches & refreshes your page without doing anything. I was advised this was due to the key being out of stock. Why would this even happen? The refund button is also a nonexistent feature, completely dead button... The website design is so clunky & does nothing to assist the purchaser. Why would I use this site when every other option has seemed to solve this basic problem. At least customer support was quick & able to provide an answer, even if it wasn't remotely helpful.
