The System Mechanic Po key I finally was able to find gave me only 8 1/2 months of renewal instead of the year as it was advertised. I have let them know and Dave, who responded argues that I have a renewal date further than the one I had (which was supposed to be good until April 11th., 2025). Now, I have lost those extra 3 1/2 months I had that I had also paid for as the renewal key he gave ma calls for renewal on January 12, 2026. And s/b April 11, 2026 instead! Wrote him back with explanation again. He can't seem to understand that?? I w/b calling my bank to have this investigated and reversed/refunded as it is an outright rip off! I did not get what I paid for! And the extra $1.63 I was charged likely was some GST or something. Prices came up in "pounds", rather than CAD as I wanted. Not impressed with this site at all. Still waiting for Dave to respond and fix the months of service I have lost.
