I have been using cjs for some years now and most of the times have been good, I have bought keys that doesn't work though and did not get a replacement even when I sent in the info needed. I must say though there have been at least three times I would have received replacement keys but never have I received for all the bad keys purchased. I am still awaiting a replacement key I was querying in 2024 that was bad.
