Placed a ticket 6 days ago, gave lots of evidence and pictures of the issue and only have had 2 replies (both of which were useless to me. haven't received a reply in 4/5 days now and sick of it, usually never had a problem but this time its been the most incompetent support. They aren't reading any of my tickets by the solutions they are giving. Asked for a refund and not heard anything from that either.
