Shocking customer support. Purchased a PS Plus membership, which I clarified prior purchase if I can use my own account, to which I was advised I can. Bought it, then tried all sorts of things to link it...then I'm told that doesn't work, ask for a refund and I'm ghosted. This is being run by illiterate kids.
