First order requires security check. Im ok with that but the SMS code you sent to 2 different numbers were both wrong and said I input them incorrectly when I ensured I had. Had to resort to the ID route. Code eventually was unlocked this morning (context is I ordered at 23:30ish and code was unlocked 10:30ish so if in daytime I dont think the gap would be so big) I copied my code to my notes which im glad I did because when I went back to check it it changed to processing order and wont show my code! Autokey seems to have some issues. It may be just with new customers but still its a issue that needs addressing. All in all I got the product in the end but it was a headache to get there and if I hadn't copied the code I still wouldn't have my product.
