I ordered a windows 10 key and the first one wouldn't activate, asked for a refund and was offered store credit. It would be better if they could just get it right first time. I needed the license at point of purchase not two days later and this seems to be an ongoing theme from reading reviews. Refund received and purchased a second one that worked.
