I was worried that ordering from the U.S. would mean getting my jewelry would be a complicated process; however, Claddagh Jewellers' website is very user-friendly. I was impressed with not only the simplicity of the process but also the option to have my ring engraved for no extra charge. I was met with the same welcome and hospitality through the online process that I no doubt would have been met with through the personnel. I appreciated the availability of help at every step - even if I didn't end up needing it. My jewelry arrived on-time (and quickly, at that.) I also appreciated that the envelope was hand-addressed, making me feel as if my order was handled personally and - therefore - carefully. I loved my experience ordering from Claddagh Jewellers and I will certainly do so again if the opportunity presents itself.
