Ordered my new ring right before the Christmas holidays. I got an immediate response saying that the shops would be closing down for the holidays and my order wouldn't be processed until January. I opted to go ahead with the order since it was a gift for myself, but I was very impressed at the level of service I received. The ring itself is gorgeous. I get compliments everywhere I go.
