Horrible company, avoid like the plague, they made out to my elderly mother that there were no fees and said they were clydesdale claims... she spoke with them then I dealt with the claim direct with the bank... they still wanted stupid money for fees... and after refusing to pay, they have taken her to court and stopped her selling her house or anything for 5 years... which is disgusting to be doing to people! She was completely unaware of them taking her to court until she recieved her schedule of inhibition, and this has rocked her world! If she dies or has to go into a home, we have to get permission to sell the house or whatever... its ridiculous for blown up Fees that arnt even due... of course I tried to speak with them but they still demanded bullied and harassed her for the money..... avoid at all costs and simply do it yourself... wish I saw these reviews a few months ago.... I could used these in court had we knew about that too :(
