Absolutely appalling what they take off you, please go with someone else if your going for ppi, I didnt realise because I'd had a really traumatic year and didnt read it right, out off 2,800 they took 1300, nearly half, all they do is ask you to sign stuff you've already signed over and over again, ridiculous the money they take off your settlement
