This company is questionable. We had chats with them to trial their software. However, upon signing up, it was hard to navigate the system and get any value out of it. After communicating with our salesperson, he identified we had been giving access to the wrong system.
As we had not been able to log in again into the system, we were now charged three times a monthly subscription. In talking to their team, we asked for them to cancel our subscription (as we are not able to access the account). All we got is a link to do it ourselves.
