I paid for the premium exclusive leads package, the leads were not exclusive. Some of the leads were from a general Linkedin post by the client, they had already been contacted by half a dozen people so they didn't want to speak to me. I wouldn't be surprised if they gave me data from a random database. The quality of the leads was bad. We also received leads for a service we don't offer. When I asked Emma Darlow she told me we listed this service on the brief. I checked the brief and shared it with her (we never listed this service). Some of the leads contact information was incorrect i.e. email/contact number so it was impossible to contact them. I was patient and tried to resolve this by letting them know which leads we had issues with but they didn't care. It took several months for me to receive the leads, I was patient and understanding and I even shared industry data and insights to help them but they were more concerned about onboarding clients within my industry while they still hadn't delivered my leads. When I asked Emma Darlow on the phone if she thought this was right, she couldn't answer. We are a small business with limited funding and we have wasted our resources working with this company. The leads are bad quality and the company overpromise and underdeliver. They don't care about the quality of the leads or your business. Going through the reviews I can see I'm not the only person they have let down. I wish these reviews were available when we onboarded with this company. Avoid this company at all costs. Dishonest and unethical.
