I ordered three pairs of boots on 23/11/2022. I returned two pairs on 01/13/2022 and received a refund for one pair on 13/12/2022.
I have emailed Clarks twice and phoned five times, spending at least 30 minutes on hold each time. There has been absolutely no response.
Clarks have taken over £100 from me and appear to refusing to return it. This could be defined as “theft”.
Never never consider ordering from this company.
