I ordered a pair of boots for my wife but the order processing appeared to fail ie no confirmation email, no delivery info. After waiting a few days and noting a pending payment against my credit card, I spent one and a quarter hours waiting for customer services to answer and gave up. The enquiry request form was nightmare with baffling auto correct totally in error. Very frustrating
