Had a pair of shoes to return that I purchased from clarksoutlet.co.uk. Looking online there is conflicting information. There is one where they can be returned to any OUTLET as in Fulford, Castleford, Doncaster and Sheffield plus the shop at St Stephens in Hull. In another place it said all shoes must be returned by post. I had a ride out to Doncaster, as I wanted to try a smaller size, they were perfect. I approached the lady assistant, but was told I could not exchange them and they must be returned by post. She also said that one day they may be able to take them back? As I had bought them on a promotion, I took the attitude that they were not worth the higher price, and called it a day. I will never buy a pair of shoes again from Clarks online. When doing the return on the phone, as my password would not work online, the girl said that Doncaster Outlet should have accepted my return. Never again.
