This was a present. The vegan cooking class was perfect. I felt a bit anxious before we started as I’m such a bad cook but the instructions were straightforward and comprehensive and I really liked the atmosphere of listening then cooking then listening again. Very good too to have the two assistant cooks walking around and helping. It just made for a pleasant atmosphere. Wine, music, nice people, chilled approach to cooking with surprisingly (for me) delicious results.
