Unprofessional and overbooked. False advertising with the promises in the description. You do not make your own ganache, the instructor made the ganache herself prior. Ours was too watery so all of our Mac’s fell apart. This was the worst part because we had done all of that work and paid that much just to have a product that was too watery and thin. They fell apart as we were putting them together. By the time we got home, they completely separated apart. It should’ve been thicker. We were told we would only be sharing supplies within our booking, but everyone had to share mixers which made the process take twice as long. We were supposed to have an option of fillings and flavors, but everyone had the same with no choices. They overbooked the class and did not have a proper oven to do more than two trays at a time so the baking process took well over an hour, everyone was complaining and several were late to their rsvp or for us-our sitter. Overall, we would not book with Cocusocial again.
