No introduction at the beginning of the class. Two people, a male and female, were working but no one was actually in charge of the class. The woman, who I am assuming was the owner, was curt and rude whenever anyone asked a question. At one point, when I went to help my friend, she literally swatted my hand away! This was a beginner stain glass class but she acted as if we were stupid about the process. When I stated the foil wasn’t sticking to the glass, I was told “do better”. Finally, enough of us complained that she replaced the foil with another brand. There were only 4 solder irons to use for the entire group of 12. A lot of standing around waiting with no option in the class to sit. For 4 hours. We won’t be back! Very rude and condescending!
