Terrible customer service. Purchased a flame thrower as a bday gift. After a few days I emailed customer service to see when the item would ship and was told I needed to follow up with their 3rd party bc they couldn't tell me anything. Apparently the 3rd party is a fraud alert company they use to approve or decline orders. My order was approved by the 3rd party but customer service canceled my order and said they refunded my money - yet my credit card has not been refunded. Nor did they ever inform me that they canceled my order. I only found this out by constantly emailing and finally calling to see what was going on. CF never once reached out to me to help. They told me I would have to get back online and re-purchase it. I would give zero stars, but that's not an option. If their customer service is this bad and the employees cannot explain anything, I can only imagine what their products will be like and if any issues arise. Customer service (Victoria) never once apologized or said thank you back, after i thanked them for their time. This experience, I would never recommend using them due to the level of frustration. So not worth it. I purchased my order on November 14th and had to rebuild on Nov. 20th, 2024 - over a $600 purchase. If this wasn't a gift, I would go elsewhere.
