I'm not the kind of person who complains much. I understand bad things happen sometimes. But my experience with classic firearms is the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
I've made 3 purchases from classic firearms. The first one went fine. The second one, they neglected to tell me that the item I ordered was out of stock. After a month of waiting, I reached out to their customer service. They gave me a generic response that didn't address my concern. After reaching out to them again, I finally got a real answer to when I could expect my order. Okay, fine. I finally got my order nearly three months later.
Recently I made another order that got lost in shipping. The tracking says delivered, but no where to be found. I reached out to their customer service again, and despite having purchased package insurance, they won't do anything about it.
I'll reiterate that I'm understanding that sometimes things happen. What bothers me about classic firearms is their lack of any concern with trying to address customer complaints. Not only did they not do anything to fix the problems, they don't even pretend to care or make an effort to fix it. They will never get another dime from me and I would advise everyone to take their business elsewhere.
