They use underinsured shipping and don't care if you receive the product. I spent $510 in purchase with $35 for shipping. FedEx lost my packages and falsely said they were left at my door. I know this to be false because I eagerly waited at the porch all day on delivery. FedEx does nothing to resolve, classic firearms makes no attempt to help and I'm out over $500 because they chose the cheapest delivery and it's only insured for $100 max but FedEx will fight even paying that.
This company is too risky to buy online and they will ignore all attempts for any diplomatic resolution. Crooks with appaulling customer service!
