Where do I start from? I should have been wary about the tacky website Cleanstar probably asked unprofessionals to design, and the bunch of services with no clear information and processes to check out. On the day scheduled for cleaning, I had to remind them to come early as we had work to do later on. Everything reeked of shabby preparation and even poorer execution.
