I ordered 3 tins of paint, and was sent only one on Monday. When I called to query this, I was told that there had been an error, and the rest of the order would be sent out on a 24 hour delivery, which I thought was fair enough, mistakes happen. But when nothing arrived the following day (Tuesday) I called again and was told that the remainder of my order was being sent out that day on a 48 hour delivery and may not arrive until Friday! The project I needed the paint for has been delayed and I have taken time out of work twice for deliveries. This is very poor after-sales service in my opinion, and I wouldn’t feel confident using Clearance Shed again.
