Having received my goods by a courier I was maddened to realise the product was broken due to the courier throwing the parcel over fence when I had contacted them and agreed a safe place. This was dealt with promptly by clearance shed and a replacement was delivered swiftly. All I can add is that for a fragile sticker on the parcel may have prevented the couriers actions.
