I clicked on a link to clear away my old sofa on the DFS website
Once I made the appointment I was asked to pay £90 I reluctantly paid. 2 men arrived to clear away my sofa but couldn't get it out of my sitting room. They damaged my door surround still not able they smashed up my sofa and took it out in pieces. So they couldn't recycle my sofa and I had to pay to get the door frame redecorated.
