If I didn’t have to give one star I wouldn’t! Booked a collection for today, the gentleman immediately said it was a two man job and he would have to send someone else but would clear what he could. After sitting on the phone for most of the time he was here, he left and confirmed that another truck would be along to clear the rest at no cost to me. Then I get a phone call saying if I wanted the rest cleared it would be £70! I questioned what the driver had said and was told in no uncertain terms unless I paid their job was done!! These people are con artists!
