Absolutely excellent company. Clear about what they could do and by golly they did it. Firstly got me reliefs I didn’t even know I was entitled to and then reduced the rates so I got a refund and when I have to start paying rates again in July I will have to pay less. Next year when we all get hit with full rates it will be less. I have Alaska’s been dubious about rates company’s and never did it before in fifteen years but was desperate due to the pandemic and took the chance. The fees were clear and I while it was an effort they also gave me a payment plan to help and didn’t charge anything extra for the plan. By the time I’d made the second payment I had the reliefs and so was happy to settle up. Never done a review about anything before but am so pleased for the result that just thanking them is not enough. Very happy client.
