fantastic service - just received notification from valuation office ccaservice this morning that my rates value has reduced from £19,500 to £12,750 and it means i am going to get back most of the money i have every spent on paying rates. the whole process took about 4 months, quite a lot happened at first and at the end but not much in the middle while we waited for answers from the valuations office - was worth the wait though. although we havent had to pay rates this year just gone i was worried about having to start paying again shortly but this has totally changed things for us. we are a food store in Islington.
