SCAMMERS!!!!! Paid £5.99 to start the process to appeal rates but after reading reviews decided not to proceed. Someone by the name of Bryan then proceeded to threaten us that they will escalate matter. They have bullying tactics which should b reported. Action Fraud, Office of fair trading.
You do not need their help to appeal you can go through the VOA yourselves it is free and the people there are really helpful and will walk you through what you need to do. It takes 12 weeks for them to get back to you so you will need to be patient .
