SCAM SCAM SCAM Stay away from these fraudsters. Say you only have to pay £5.99 and then nothing unless they get you a rates refund. No true they take the money anyway and do nothing. I tried to cancel it five days into speaking with them and they ignored this and took the £945 from my account without my permission and have refused to refund and ignored all emails and calls. I am a small business and I work too hard for my money to let this go and have taken legal action and intend to pursue this fully. I have also reported them to my bank, action fraud and watchdog Just wished i had read all the reviews on here and trust pilot before having any dealings with them as it seems this is what they do all the time. Disgusting company and people that work for them. Shame on you all. Don't know how you sleep at night knowing you scam people for a living
