AVOID CLEMENTS AGENCY !! Should be called SCAM AGENCY , they take £5.99 as a small token for their work but soon after single application to your council try to draw £900 odd pounds for this , which anybody can do by themselves . They tried this on me but I stopped the payment of £5.99 and any further payment. They threatened to take me court which I gladly accepted and won the case and they were asked to pay me £2000 plus compensation , which they have not paid yet and soon I will send Bailiffs to recover my money. Do not be worried about going to court as they are unprofessional and often fail to turn up for hearing.
