Stay away from these fraudsters. Say you only have to pay £5.99 and then nothing unless they get you a rates refund. Not true they take the money anyway and do nothing. I sent an email to cancel the same day and they ignored this but luckily did not give them any back details before they could get any money off us. They then sent bullying emails and called our business threatening our staff. They slapped us with a CCJ which has ruined our credit and could force use to close. I am a small business and I work too hard for my money to let this go and have taken legal action and intend to pursue this fully. I have also reported them to my bank, action fraud and watchdog. Disgusting company and people that work for them. Shame on you all. Don't know how you sleep at night knowing you scam people for a living. Tip for consumers: Please do not speak to them .Put down the phone if they cold call you. If Clements Agency say they can reduce your business rates please put the phone down immediately.
