Very bad customer service. i have created a support ticket 10 days ago, contacted their online chat service , and they promised me that a support agent will reply to my email, till this time , i have not got any reply. Beside they do not provide a phone support, they even do not respond to the email support !!!! My support ticket number is : 11633
