After using the system for several months, we were forced to disable all automation/ scheduled SMS due to them randomly being sent on its own, which caused massive disruption amongst our clients. ClickSend were very slow to look into the issue, which left us with no SMS system until the issue was fixed. During this time ClickSend had very poor customer service as we had to wait days for a response. After they claimed to have fixed the issue, this was not the case and many customers were sent inaccurate information once again. Leaving us with no choice but to switch to an alternative system.
