I had a frustrating experience with Climb loan's customer support. I found myself going in circles while seeking assistance over the phone. Setting up the automatic payment feature turned out to be an incredibly cumbersome process. The fees associated with the loan were exorbitant, and the interest rate was unreasonably high. To make matters worse, I had to resort to using my saved stocks, originally meant for a house down payment, to pay off the loan due to its unfavorable terms. I strongly discourage others from choosing Climb loans, and I sincerely hope that those currently with a loan can swiftly repay it and break free from its unfavorable grasp.
