I recently bought a pair of Scarpa Instinct VS climbing shoes. They arrived in 2 days to my office on the Sunshine Coast QLD which is amazing during COVID. When they arrived I had ordered a size too small and my feet felt like they were about to explode! I found a slip that said 'free returns for incorrect sizing'. I returned the shoes for free and had them exchanged for a size up, I received my shoes in around 6 days from the moment I sent back. Amazing service, prompt assistance and good quality!
