So far done two orders with them for multiple things, ropes (cut to length, shoes etc)
And had to return thew first shoes as I messed up the sizing. Spoke with them on the phone, and they made the process as painless as possible.
Very happy with the service I have received from each order, and they will always be the first place I look when I'm up for new gear as a result.
