I have dealt with Climbing Anchors for years and have made many purchases of various types of Climbing gear and always found their staff to be friendly and helpful in my dealings with them. I’ve also found that most items I have ordered from them have generally arrived pretty quickly. Although this time around, on my most recent order, there was a problem which was overlooked, after contacting them in order to correct the error, with thanks to their team of staff, it was quickly corrected and resolved, which is just one of the many crucial parts of customer service in any business or industry!
