Climbing Anchors is well know amongst my group of climbers to be netorious at overselling bad shoes- or rather ill fitting shoes- particularly for beginners- after your first two pairs u can generally fend for yourself in fitting room, they need some better training to fit shoes to avoid customers realising after 2 months their shoes are too big (on a first shoe/ first shoe of that style) - I will say they are always friendly, and have a great range of gear and carabiners are very reasonably priced, I also love their discounts and involvement in local clubs, so overall a 3.5/5!
