Please be aware that this company doesn’t accept returns unless the hair package is untouched. Therefore expect that if you order the wrong colour or item , you will end up loosing your money . I’ve ordered hair that came up extremely heavy and uncomfortable . I’ve asked for a return on the next day to exchange it for a lighter item which was approved so I posted the item back. After more than a week , I’ve had a reply that they cannot accept the item because it is not in a re-sellable condition and the ' hygiene seals are ' not there . How are you supposed to see an item if you don’t touch the package , and why you made me send the item when you saw the photos which you approved ? PLEASE AVOID ORDERING AS YOU WILL ONLY LOOSE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
