I contacted The Clock Shop on their Website as my 30 year old wall clock had stopped and after checking all other scenarios I realized I needed a new workings. The new workings I received did not fit. I went personally to the shop and got a new workings, this fitted but the original hands didn’t fit. Went back for new hands and they didn’t allow the glass to be fitted back onto the clock. Armed with full clock went back to the shop and was given a more suitable set of hands, the glad was fitted by the gentleman and all was well. Although it took a bit of running around on my part, The Clock Shop service was wonderful. Yes it would have been easier to throw the clock away and buy a new one but it was a wedding present and I liked it. The Clock Shop helped me keep it. Very happy with the service.
