Outstanding at every point of interaction. We travelled to Montville specifically to see the Clock Shop, and were really grateful we made the drive up from Brisbane. There's a range of content in the store, and staff/owners are able to explain in detail the differences between the types of clock they offer. We enjoyed the smaller items that area for sale around a German theme, but don't take your eyes of the main sale - these guys really know their clocks! We made a few purchases, and the store was able to arrange drop off for a large grandfather clock. The delivery was made by a highly experienced clock maker and professional, who helped set up the clocks in a very friendly and generous way. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the clock shop - the quality, service, and experience were all 10/10.
